**Shipping Fees**
Our goal is to offer free shipping on all orders over $600; however, this may not always be possible. If shipping fees need to be added to the order, they will be indicated as a "surcharge" before confirming your payment. These additional fees are determined by the carrier and apply to shipping locations that may be difficult to serve or rarely serviced. In rare cases, we reserve the right to inform you after purchasing an item of any additional shipping or handling fees required to complete the delivery of your order. If additional shipping fees are necessary, you will have the option to modify or cancel your order and receive a full refund.

**Shipping Process**
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible, and they may be shipped earlier than expected. If you order two or more items, you may receive them in separate boxes and on different days due to our multiple shipping locations.
**IMPORTANT:** Please note that we cannot ship to a PO Box.
To estimate the delivery time for ordered items, please refer to the merchandise status as indicated below:
- **In Stock**: The item will be shipped within two (2) business days.
- **Pre-order Now**: The item will be shipped after the indicated restock date.
- **Out of Stock**: The item is currently unavailable, with no planned restock date. The status will change to "Pre-order" when a date becomes available.
These timelines are estimates based on regular demand and are not guaranteed. During the holiday season, shipping times are generally longer due to holidays and high order volumes.

**Standard Ground/Parcel Shipping**
Most parcel shipments will be dispatched within 24 hours during business hours, and parcels do not require a signature upon delivery. Standard shipping times average three (3) to five (5) business days, while remote regions in North America rarely exceed ten (10) days. We cannot guarantee which service provider will be used until an order is processed.

We can deliver our products to most cities in remote regions; however, additional shipping fees will apply due to higher logistical costs, including air transport.

**Responsibility for Transportation Damage**
We take all necessary precautions to carefully package your items so they arrive in perfect condition. However, we are not responsible for covering transportation costs for reshipping items damaged during transit. Nevertheless, we will work with you to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.

**Address Changes**
Addresses can be updated by contacting us at 1-418-671-9929 free of charge before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, the carrier will charge additional fees for updating the delivery address. These fees can be very costly—please ensure you verify the address when you receive your order confirmation.

**Unavailable Items**
If an item you need is unavailable, an estimated delivery date will be provided. You can place your order, and we will deliver your item on the promised date. If you order multiple items at once, they will automatically be grouped together with a delivery date matching the item with the latest estimated shipping date. If you'd like certain items delivered immediately, we recommend placing two separate transactions. This way, available items will be delivered immediately while out-of-stock items will arrive later on the communicated date.
